Admission Procedure

There is no upper age limit.
Attested Photostat copies of Admit Cards, Mark Sheets, Provisional Certificate and Original Certificate of the Board/ University (from HSLC/HSSLC till the last degree completed) are to be submitted together with the application form.
Eligibility Certificate for B.Ed. Course from Nagaland University should be submitted at the time of admission.
Students coming from Universities other than Nagaland University are to submit their Migration Certificate at the time of admission.
All the original documents to be produced during the time of interview.
Admission once taken, fee will not be refundable.
Nagaland University will conduct Joint Entrance Exam Called NSEdCTE (Nagaland State Education Common entrance Test) for aspiring B.Ed candidates.
Selected candidates will be allocated seat in various nine (9) B.Ed Colleges of Nagaland.

In-Service deputed teachers will take admission after common counselling.

Choosing of optional subjects

Those students who are in the Arts stream will be offered

and those who are in the Science stream can take the following subjects:

*A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory in order to appear for the University Examination.
